Hi
I have had to rebuild our Intranet server and everything works OK, except
for the feedback form
The feedback form works if an Administrator submits it, but a standard user
gets prompted with a logon box. After a few attempts, 'You are not authorize
d
to view this page' is displayed, and the address bar displays
'http://web/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/feedback.htm'. I have installed (twice) FP
extentions 2002 and they seem to be OK. The server is running W2k server and
IIS. I have granted full permissions to the _vti_bin/shtml.dll/ file for
everyone. Any ideas??

Usually means you are attempting to write to a file/folder that does not hav
e user write permissions

Thanks Stefan, I kind of gathered that from the error message. I am still
unsure which file or folder needs extra rights though
