I recently changed our Web server running W2K3 to a domain controller and
have since found that all permissions have been lost.  I have gone back
through and added the needed admins to the root and have tried to
recalculate and ran through all the server health checks to propagate these
settings to all subwebs.  All attempts to propagate settings have failed.
If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.
