I have win 2003 server on my laptop. To publish to my localhost server on my
laptop i have to be online. If not online i get an error message ..e.g.
server extensions etc. What do i need to do to resolove this so that i can
publish without being online.

I can publish to localhost on annother pc that has win xp without having to
be online!!!

Any suggestions.
