Application Center 2000 SP2 and Windows 2003 SP1
Windows 2003 SP1 enables the Windows Firewall by default.  You must perform
some addtional steps after installing Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 on an
Application Center 2000 server.  These steps are available in the following
