Hi,

i amd using win 2003, server. The date format was originally DD/MM/YYYY.
Then we configured IIS on the server.
Later on we wanted to make the IIS return MM/DD/YYYY format, so we changed
the regional setting on the server to MM/DD/YYYY,
but IIS Still returns a DD/MM/YYYY
