Change your Local Security Policy however you wish and then use the command/syntax below to export it via Secedit commandline tool:

Secedit /export /db C:\export.sdb /mergedpolicy /cfg localpolicy.inf /log C:\export.log /quiet

From there, you can import it into any machine you would like to mirror the settings.
